Hello

To me you need immediate medical attention. A series of diagnostic tests is highly recommended to determine the right diagnosis:
- liver/kidney function test
- complete cardiac check up: EKG, echocardiogram,
- Doppler ultrasound of blood vessels in the legs

After getting the results can decide for best treatment strategy.

Keep monitoring your blood pressure and record the results.
Hope this helps.
