Suggest Treatment For High Blood Pressure And Cholesterol Levels

High blood pressure can occur with other cause may be unknown cause too.
as your blood pressure seems to be high kindly take proper medication for high blood pressure by consulting a general physician. heart rate around 52 to 62 considerably normal. have to correlate with clinical symptoms.
with the level of cholesterol medication can be advised. meanwhile start taking more fiber foods.avoid fried,oily ,fatty foods.
