Suggest Treatment For High Blood Pressure And Infection In The Kidney

I had heartattck and i have romutide arthrises and i have lupuse too and right now my dr give me an antibutiec that is ciproffloxacin for my kidney infection and also i forgot to say i am on high blood pressure too and i am taking alot medicine for that too .my question is how can i take this medicine with the other medication that iam using ever day and do tnis medicine is going to affict my blood pressure worse or no .thank you i did my emsil address correct but i dont know why is saying incorrect email

it is secondery hyper tension due to kidney infection. renal function test should be done. if treatment is requered then it should be given to prevent renal failure.consult urologist for treatment controlling renal infection. take medicine only on doctors advise there is no contraindication of ciprofloxacin in hypertention.
