Suggest Treatment For High Blood Pressure And Ruptured Vein In Brain

good morning sir, now my brother-in-law is in SUM Hospital in orissa as he had a high Bp(200) & one of his vein in the brain has ruptured. so to remove the blood is it necessary to have an operation or by taking medicine it can be cured. he is now in ICU & the BP is 150. please give some better suggestion what we should do.
