Suggest Treatment For High Blood Pressure In An Elderly Person
I am 76 male. Taking tenoric 50 for last 25years and BP was constant at 120/80. I am diabetic and take Glycomet trio 2/0.3 in the morning and Galvus met 50/1000 in the evening before meals. I take atorva 10mg at bed time. Blood sugar, triglyceride, and cholestoral are within limits. For last 20 days my BP is going up to 165/85. I get a headache when BP goes higher than 140. Would you advise anything more with tenoric 50.

Have you getting proper sleeping?
What about your weight?
If it is high go evening walking for 45 minutes daily.
If sleeping is not proper, take. tab. Alprox 0.5 mg Hs
Still Bp is high add tab. Hydrochlorothiazide with tab. Tenoric and review after 10 days.
