Suggest Treatment For High Blood Pressure , Nausea And Vomiting

I m a 22 year old male who weighs 160 pounds and I m 5 7. I ve been feeling dizzy and nauseous all day as well as going in and out of consciousness like blacking out, I had my blood pressure taken TWICE and both readings came at 152/92 is that serious and should I seek medical treatment? Or just lay down and drink some water?

Your blood pressure is high. You have blacking out and loss of consciousness. You should consult the doctor urgently. You may have transient ischemic attack or some other pathology. You need anti hypertensive medication.
