Suggest Treatment For High Blood Pressure

I have had those symptoms for about 1 and 1/2 month. I have been on antibiotics on and off during that time. I have atrial fib, Type II diabetes and have had high blood sugar. I am on Metformin and just started taking insulin. I have eaten some fruit and tomato s that were imported from Mexico and other countries. Could that be it? I am sorry but I cannot pay at this time. Maybe by Thursday of this week. Sorry I bothered you.
