General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
As your all reports are normal and having high blood pressure indicates that you might be having essential hypertension.
You have to continue blood pressure medicine life time as per prescription of your treating doctor.
Go for regular light exercises like walking, swimming daily 5 days in a week.
Take less salt in diet.
Ok and take care.
