General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I have gone through your query. It may be due to high blood pressure.

For that you may require anti hypertension medication after physician consultation.

Along with that you may require electrocardiogram, 2 D Echo after consultation.

Reduce salt intake in diet.

Take balanced diet and avoid stress and do regular exercise for 30 to 40mins daily.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale, General & Family Physician
