Suggest Treatment For High Blood Pressure

I am 43 years old. My blood pressure is randomly high. Within s days time it has ranged from 165/100 to 147/104 to 155/99. I have been prescribed clonidine 0.1 mg. I took one. Nothing changed. Took a second one about two hours later. I also have a terrible throbbing headache. What do you suggest?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if you go on reading blood pressure on your own then it will go on changing every time and each time you will find it high in value it is happening due to consciousness so it is better to see the physician, once the anti-hypertensive prescribed by physician then just keep taking it and be in follow up and let the physician decide what to do next, hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
