Suggest Treatment For High Blood Pressure

I currently take cholestyramine 4 times daily. Dr ordered me vitamin d2 50,000 a week for being majorly deficient in v-d. Should I be taking vitamin d3 instead? Also, am vitamin deficient n b12, a, e, and k. I have IBS-d severely and also take lesion, hydrocil, fiborcon, lomotil, flexeril, doxepin, lorazapam, and probiotics. Also take 60mg previcid daily for 10 years now. Just found out my kidneys are not functioning fully, and now have very high blood pressure. Will the previcid effect my kidneys?

Hello,

As most times the high blood pressure is monitored with the help of medicine which are diuretic in nature.

But as per the recent research studies exercises designed for lowering the blood pressure has been awarded useful in many cases.

I will advise monitoring the blood pressure medicine for example - if once a day than 24 hours dosage is to monitored and if twice a day than 12 hours dosage to be monitored.

As most times medicines are not taken at a fixed time and the abnormality is found. So maintaining the proper consumption of medicine is a must.

Exercise regularly which helps to improve the blood pressure levels too. Modify the diet with less sodium/salt.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
