Suggest Treatment For High Blood Pressure

My blood pressure is 165/115. I am not diagnosed with high blood pressure but have been keeping an eye on my bp at home with a manual cuff because it has been running a little high around 145/90. Do I need to go to the er or will I be ok to wait until Monday when my Dr office is open?
