Suggest Treatment For High Blood Pressure

My bp is 150/101 and I have been taking amlodipine 10mg for two weeks, I do have a shoulder injury, torn rotator cuff that is somewhat painful but not sure if thats the problem. Also the area under my adams apple and to the right has been tender the last 3 days

Hi,

If Amlodipine is unable to control blood pressure, then low dose diuretic drugs can be added. Shoulder pain can be relieved with simple analgesics.
