Suggest Treatment For High Blood Pressure

I am 58 and healthy--a vegetarian but my bp has been steadily increasing --started on atenolol at age 50 and all stayed well, 120/70 or 5 points higher on each. could symbiont be raising my bp? and what is the best bp medicine for me with least side effects.

Hello,

Your blood pressure is very well within normal limits and no treatment is required. You can continue your current diet plan and do physical exercises also. You can monitor your blood on a once monthly basis.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care

Regards,
