my whife is 8th month of pregnency and she has high shuger lave of 350 and urien infection with it some time high bp and she had preclimcia in previous pregnency and before time c cection in 8th month baby could not servive in previous pregnecy what should we do now her waight is 82.5 kg

As you mentioned that your wife is having pregnancy of 8 month .
Also having many complications in previous pregnancy and got C section .
Now she is having high B P as well urine infection . She is also having gestational diabetes ( diabetes during pregnancy ) .
I recommend you please get in an admission in medical college hospital for her anti natal care and management because such cases are treated by a team of Obs & gynecologist ( even physician ) .
So this will the best not only for mother but also for baby.
