Suggest Treatment For High Blood Sugar Levels

hi doctor i m 44 year lady .my fasting sugar level is 187 i m dibetic science 13 year.normaly my sugar level fasting was max 136 to 142 .pp168 to 187.i dont know how it increase that level this time.i m tensed.i take medicine 1g jalra m tab onece in a day.what can i do.please help me

I am sorry to hear that you are having troubles controlling your diabetes. I see you are taking Jarla which helps the pancreas lower glucose levels. With your blood sugars still elevated I would recommend adding additional medication. If Jarla was your first and only medication and you have no other medical problems your doctor might prescribe metformin, glipizide, pioglitazone or even insulin. There are several medications that could be used and you and your doctor need to discuss which medications to start.

In the mean time I recommend you continue using Jarla and diet and exercise.
