Suggest Treatment For High Blood Sugar Levels
My blood sugar is 689 it was 523 after a 15 hour fast over night. Before that i had only ever checked it once and it was 532. I drink 3 gallons a day, mostly water. Should i go to the hospital or wait i til Monday and see my doctor? My vision in my left eye is so bad i have to close it to see distant signs and stuff.

Your eye problem may also be related to high sugar.
Firstly I would advice to cut of all your sugar intake for time being.
Take high protein low caloric and fat free diet.
Avoid alcoholic drinks as well.
Get your Glycated hemoglobin (Hb1C) done.
See a doctor at the earliest.
