Suggest Treatment For High Blood Sugar Levels

Sir, Iam 55 years old, recently by blood sugar levels increased to 109 first time in my life time. the skin on my forehead is getting tight for the past one month.While errection the skin is not coming back from the forehead.if pulled forcefully the skin splits and unbearable pain is taking place.

Hello. Welcome to HCM.

Your fasting levels are in the pre diabetic range which is a value range where you are at risk for diabetes. I would suggest you do a Hba1c and a 2hr 75 gm GTT test to confirm diabetes. You can treat based on the results with either lifestyle changes alone if its pre diabetes and with medications and lifestyle if its diabetes.
