Suggest Treatment For High Blood Sugar Levels

I am type 2 diabetic having age 53 years. Just before one week considering Sugar - fasting 137 & Postmeal -252, my physician adviced to Gluconorm -500 mg 1/2 Tab. after luch & Dinner. I am taking Piomed -15 since 5 years. Please give your expert opinion

your post prandial blood sugar is a little bit in a higher range the drugs which have been priscribed by your doctor is good . continue this medication and review after a month with your fasting and postprandial results
