Suggest Treatment For High Bp

I am 67 yrs, 59 kgs, marginally increased blood pressure (140-90), on 12.5 mg Aten, non-diabetic peripheral neuropathy patient. Burning sensation in feet is becoming uncomfortable, more so during hot summer. I am using 100 mg of gabappentin capsule each day. Not very effective. Can you suggest a better treatment?

HI.
Noted the history.
If you stop taking the salt, your blood pressure will be normalized very soon.
If you start exercises, keep a tab on diet and lead a life without stress, your need of medicines will be not there.

100 mg Gabapentin is too low a dose per day , increase the dose in consultation with your Doctor.
