Suggest Treatment For High Cholesterol Level And Left Atrial Enlargement
s playing basketball and after finishing my game i got a fast heartbeat and a dizzy felling,the day after i felt this i concern a doctor and i had high blood pressure my ecg was normal but i had a left atrial enlargment and have high colestrol level what shall i do.

You should measure your blood pressure for several days and there is high blood pressure in majority of readings it will mean you have arterial hypertension. In this case you should refer to your doctor to discuss treatment. If blood pressure is not very high there can be possibility to treat it with lifestyle changes, if it fails to decrease your blood pressure or it is very high, you will need to take medications. Left atrial enlargement can be due to elevated blood pressure, if your blood pressure will be normalized for a long period, your left atrial diameter can decrease.
For high Cholesterol you should restrict animal fat and meet in your diet, eat more vegetables, fruits and fish.
