Suggest Treatment For High Cholesterol Levels Even After Exercise
My cholesterol always is high I exercise daily and watch my diet. I weigh 133 lbs., highly allergic to all cholesterol Ned s. I just bought Mega red omega 3 krill oil, hopefully this will help. Have any suggestions? I am 68 yrs old, but physical in good shape, I donot look my age. I do 3 miles on threadmill/1 mile on bike and 50 sit-ups in the morning and 50 at night. I do have a sweet tooth, if I cut out sweets would that help?

HI Welcome to H C M. You are Perfect & Healthy. No need of any medicine,stop all the medicines. Avoid Drugs,Alcohol,Smoking,Junk Foods . Take Fresh Fruits . Listen Music,. Take help of Yoga/Meditation. If you wants to take 'Garlic's' they also maintain Cholesterol. Get Lipid Profile tested from a reliable Lab. & discuss with your family doctor. Take care . Thanks.
