hi sir my serum lipid profile is now
cholesterol: 236.0mg/dl
tryglyceride: 171.0 mg/dl
VLDL : 34.2 MG/DL
LDL-cholesterol : 163.8 mg/dl
HDL-cholesterol ; 38.0mg/dl

chole/HDL ratio ;6.29
LDL/HDL ratio ; 4.31

so pls. suggestion to me any medicine & other advice pls sir u r help me thanks.

Management of lipid profile involves assessment of clinical status, co-morbidities, age and gender.I would like you to detail all these for further clarification. However as general measures avoid fried and oily food & sweets; keep optimal weight, do daily supervised exercise and get your cholesterol checked regularly.
