Hi Dear,

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of high fever and black discoloration on face which is mainly due to hyperpigmentation.

I would suggest you to avoid sun exposure and if ever you have to go cover your face with wet clot. Take creams rich in Kojic acid and Azelaic acid as they are most common natural bleaching agents. Safest and most-gentle bleaching agents is licorice extract which is anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. Apply mashed potatoes on face for 15 min. daily as it will lighten your color. Take diet rich in folic acid and multivitamins as it will help in relieving symptoms of weakness.

Dip cotton swab in tea tree oil and apply on face two times a day. Don't use steroids and don't apply chemical rich face-wash on face.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
