Suggest Treatment For High Fever And Chills

My mother a high fever, chills, she's vomittting and she has cold. She's always cold even if it's not cold in the room. This has been going for three days. I gave her some tylenol and tea but nothing changed.She does not want to go to the hospital. What could cause this? How can I treat this?

Hi.
Te reasons for such a problem of fever with chills and vomiting can be
Malaria
Urinary tract infection
Liver abscess
Pneumonia
You need to take her to the Doctor for clinical examination and investigations and to get started with proper antibiotics and supportive medicines.
You can not really treat such patients from home.
