Suggest Treatment For High Fever And Cold

My daughter age 18months is having fever temp 101 since two days , present we are using crosin syrup, and clamp antibiotic , since last two hours she is crying in sleeping. And also she is having cold since a week, her nose block and it s difficult to breathing. My concern is can we use crosin and antibiotic together , if yes how many times we can give to child . Is there any side effect of we give every 4hours.

Hi,I have gone through your query.You can give your daughter Crocin every 6 hrs.For her cold you can give her Anti Allergics like Cetrizine 1/2 tsf at bed time You can give the Antibiotic and Crocin together.You can give her a saline nasal drops for the nasal blockage.
