Suggest Treatment For High Fever And Nausea After Travelling
We have just come back from a vacation at Bali-Singapore. Very next day my 17yr old daughter developed fever, which on the 2nd day went upto 103.8, every 6hrs. She is on homeopathy medicines along with calpol. Her urine reports are normal. It s now 4days, though the intensity of fever has reduced, it goes upto 102, every 8 hrs. What should I do. She has nauseating and vomiting symptoms on and off.

I really appreciate your concern, such fever could be due to viral infection and second this could be abdominal infection, for the viral fever, hydration and body temperature would be matter of concern else it would be fine once the course of infection finished, if this is not viral infection then complete blood work may be needed, hope this information helps, take care.
