Suggest Treatment For High Fever And Shivering With Cold Hands And Feet

Hi my 3 year old has a temp of 103, shivers along with cold hands and feet. This started earlier in the day and I am gave him Advil which brought the temp down but it s rising again. I am waiting for the 6hour mark to hit before I give him more Advil. Any further advice would be appreciated.

Hello,

If the temperature is high give him cold sponging, still not control, keep paracetamol suppositories.
If fever persists better go to Pediatrician.
