Suggest Treatment For High Fever Causing Loss Of Appetite

My 15 month old Daughter was cutting teeth, and drooling alot as usual. She began sneezing a few days ago. Lastnight she had a fever of 102.9 and would only sleep in my arms for fifteen minute intervals. She has a runny nose, watery eyes, a developing cough and bright red dry cheeks... I gave her 5ml of ibuprofen about an hour ago. She isn t eating very much, and is only sipping her juice. What can I do..
