Suggest Treatment For High Fever In A Child

i had given half a crocin to my 14 year old. she has 101 F fever. was not sure if i could give her full. temperature hasn t gone down yet. just read that i could give her full according to body weight and age. can i give the other half before 4 hours?

You can give the other half in the next six hours.

Do tepid sponging to decrease body temperature.

If there are signs of infection, antibiotics have to be started.
