General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It could be a fever blister only. Continue paracetamol. Generally, the skin lesion will settle by itself. If persists you can seek help from a dermatologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
