Suggest Treatment For High Fever

Hello Doctor, My son is 4.7 years old. From yesterday night, he has high fever and is vomitting. I gave crocin every 4 to 5 hours once. The fever is not getting controlled with Crocin. Now, I tried to give 5ml of Meftal -P. Also, gave 5 ml of Emeset syrup. what could be the sympton for this ? Anything to worry ?
