Hello!
I had gone through your query and understand your concern.
In the way you describe it seems to be an upper respiratory infection probabily caused by a virus.
Considering the fact that you have fever and sore throat I can't exclude a strep throat which is a a bacterial infection of the throat caused from a bacterium called Streptococcus.
The diagnosis of strep throat is confirmed by a throat culture or rapid-strep test and the treatment is an antibiotic.

I suggest to consult a physician so he can examine your throat and confirm or exclude Strep throat.
If it's a viral infection no specific treatment is required.
Meanwhile you can take Ibuprofen or Paracetamol to control the fever and drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration.

Hope it helped.
Wish a quick and complete recovery.
