Suggest Treatment For High Heart Rate, Breathing Difficulty And Headache

Hi, My boyfriend is experiencing a fast heartbeat, 112bpm, is having trouble breathing and has a headache. We took his blood pressure twice within about 10 minutes. The first was 157/94 and the second reading was 140/84. He has a history of high blood pressure and coronary artery disease. Should he and I be worried?

Hi,

With such a history you should immediately take him to ER or ICU so that a proper cardiac evaluation and emergency treatment if needed can be instituted. Rush to the hospital and do not try anything at home as this can be risky. Surely you can give him any missed doses and scheduled for the time doses.
