Hello,

It is not a sign of pregnancy. You can simply go for a urine pregnancy test to check whether you are pregnant or not. We have to rule out other causes like pituitary tumors. Detailed evaluation is required including an MRI brain.

Hope I have clarified your queries. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
