Suggest Treatment For High Sugar Levels Even After Medication

I am 65 yrs old and have diabetic for last three years. I take several medications for long time but lately my sugar lever going up and down with 5mg glipizide and 100 mg Januvia. My sugar level is fluctuating on higher side lately more than 230 after lunch or dinner. Yes after walking on treadmill for 20-30 minutes it comes down to 40-50 mg lower. Please advise me thank you

Hello,
Your blood sugar levels of 230 after meals are definitely high but not very high.
Your aim should be to have post meal blood sugar levels around 170-190.
This can be achieved by adding a drug called as VOGLIBOSE .3 mg 2-3 times a day.
Carry on with your current treatment.
You can discuss with your treating doctor about it.
