I would encourage you to get back to the ER. Sometimes it takes a while for any hidden damage to declare itself and the symptoms you describe would prompt them to revisit your symptoms with more tests.
A question that needs to be answered is whether or not you've had a spinal injury. Although there are a few less dangerous explanations to explain this, it will be more appropriate to have yourself examined again.
I think you should go to the ER right away and don't wait for it to get any worse. If it turns out to be a spinal condition, you will need a lot done in the way of surgery and rehabilitation. If they examine are reevaluate you and all is normal, that would be fairly comforting.
