Suggest Treatment For Hip And Leg Pain

I have massive pain coming from my hip or bottom down my leg to my knee and then down my lower leg I have gone to the doctors and he said the nerve that runs through the muscle is squeezing that nerve and there is nothing they can do. I would like to now if there is some thing that can be done. the pain is horrifying I do not even get 3hours sleep I and not even set in the lounge room chairs .
