Suggest Treatment For Hip And Shoulder Pain Along With Arthritis

My husband has CHF, EF20. He just came in from a long trip of 11 hours. He also has a bad hip, shoulder and arthritis. He was fine the day he arrived. On the 4th day, he started having very real dreams that NSA had him on a mission. He would tell detailed info on trips and what he saw. Also 4th day (yesterday) he could not stand up from bed. Late last night early morning, I could hear him talking, but no one there, nor phone in his room. Today, more dreams...does not know where he is, not hungry. Of course, sleeping because he did not last night. He is taking Tramadol for pain, and he has taken all his meds. Is it time to call 911, or is there something I can do.
