Suggest Treatment For Hip Bone Fracture

I have had two total hip replacements and one knee replacement over the last two years. After the second hip was done I had a fall outside and came down on my bottom onto concrete. I broke a piece off my hip and hurt in the area of the large bone in the buttocks. The prosthesis is fine we left the broken piece of bone in there, and he seems to think I have damage the cruciate ligiament but the pain is getting worse??
