23 yr IT boy lt hip joint dcreased mobility, stiffness, sev pain on and off past 2 yrs. RAF, ANA, ASLO negative. HLA B 27 positive, ESR 50. MRI shows following The report says as follows, 1. Marginal osteophytes noted. 2. Areas noted in the bilateral sacro illiac joints (Left > Right) which appears hyperintense on stir sequence. 3. Schmorl's nodes noted in the upper end plate of L5,L3 and L2 vertibral bodies screening of cervical and dorsal spine 4. Diffuse disc bulge in D6-D7 level indenting the thecal sac 5. cervical spondylosis Impression: * Lumbar Spondylosis * Bilateral sacroilitis(left>right) on Indocap 75 mg SR OD with NSAID s no releif
