Suggest Treatment For Histoplasmosis

I am 65 ,male, fit, no coughing, headaches, drugs taking, no past serious problems, otherthan i have histoplasmosis from Arkansas, mid-80s. I have had loose stools, not necessarily diarrhea. No noticeable blood in stool. No intestinal or gut pains. I feel normal. I am also not eating high fiber foods.

I understand your concern. Itraconazole is one type of antifungal medication that's commonly used to treat histoplasmosis. Depending on the severity of the infection the course of treatment can range from 3 months to 1 year.
