last few weeks i had continuesly tempeature i dint check how much that was but my mom touched my body and says always and i aslo feel lasy, and my strength in my hands were weak, it was so tough but i went for HIV test was positive, i feel like my life is stop i cant tell to my family but i want too live i dont knw wat to do where to go but i started to have green tea as much as i can drink to keep up my immune system, so through test v can know when the virus transfered into our body, and what shoulld to keep healthy lifeas what i can do taking good food fruits milkand all that.

HIV has two species of genus lentivirus(hiv-1 and hiv-2)which causes acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS).I Think u should not loss ur hopes and contact to ur nearest "ART" centre.there u can get proper guidaince.
