Suggest Treatment For Hole And Painful Vagina After Vaginoplasty

A hole left after vaginoplasty where the external stitches were placed....... can you tell me what would be the normal amount of time that a dimple as called by my surgeon would heal, i am 12 weeks op vaginoplasty and the hole {dimple} is not healing or getting smaller in any way, my surgeon says i am healing good, but i am still experiencing pain mostly on external stitch site and this dimple not healing........ my brain is thinking there is a problem here, its been 12 weeks.
