Hi,

It seems that you may be having pitted keratolysis. It is a bacterial infection caused by cornybacterium minnutissimum. Wash the feet in dettol containing water. Apply antibiotic cream like fusidic acid cream and metronidazole gel.Wear cotton socks. Orally azithromycine and metronidazole vtab for few weeks would be helpful. Keep the affected areas dry. After few weeks, you would be alright. I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
