Suggest Treatment For Hot Flashes And Fatigue Caused After A Radical Hysterectomy

Hello! I am 53 years old. I had a radical hysterectomy and a 6 lbs tumor(luckily benign) removed at the same time. Since then the hot flashes and fatigue have been happening quite a bit. Is there a drug that has a small amount of estrogen that is safe enough that it doesn t cause all the Breast cancer scare like HRT?

Hi, I think you should take isoflavones containing medicines. It helps a lot in hot flushes. If not controlled, then you can go for estrogen containing pills. Discuss with your doctor regarding this.
