Suggest Treatment For Hot Flashes Post Hyterectomy

I had a full hysterectomy last october. Am still having alot of heat flashes during the day and night, insomnia. But the most uncomfortable for me right now is the very intense heart flutters. They are even worse when I try to rest or lay down at night. the reason for my full hysterectomy is I had a large mass 10 cm wide and they had to remove that along with my uterus, ovaries and cervix.

Thanks for asking at healthcare magic. I read your question and I understand your concern.
Hot flashes after hysterectomy with removal of ovaries indicates that you are suffering from secondary menopause.
I would like to advise you to have LH /FSH assay that will be high.
All that you need is to start safe HRT (hormonal replacement therapy)
Like combine estrogen progesterone pill.start aerobic excersize early in morning 30 minutes a a day five days a week.
