Suggest Treatment For Hot, Itchy And Swollen Area On Right Cheek

I have a hot, itchy, red, swollen area on my right cheekbone. I awoke with a small red spot 4 days ago -- I thought maybe a bug bit me in my sleep. It felt like an abrasion but continues to get bigger, hotter and itchier. Could this be cellulitis? I am allergic to penicillin and erythromycin. What are my options?

1. your concern may be paederus dermatitis

2. apply calamine lotion along with hhfudic cream twice daily

3. use them until rash subsides

have diet rich in vit c
