Suggest Treatment For Huntington's Chorea

Sir My mother has Huntington's Chore from her father.But her two brothers not get this huntington' s chore.then after we are three son from my mother.First(34),Second(31) and third myself (29) till now no symptoms with any one. My elder brother 's wife pregnent with one month. Sir kindly give advice for any medicine or vaccination for one month pregnent lady .So after that new born baby will not carry this Huntington's chore.And kindly give advice to me for any checks that will confirm that i will carry or not this Huntington 's Chore in future.
