Suggest Treatment For Hurting In Bones And Muscles

Is it normal that my left hand shakes when I hold something? The last 3 yrs I"ve been disorganize, task are hard to do, I'm tired all the time & my muscles hurt to my bones. I can't remember as I use to do(but used to remember everything numbers,Names) I do have some reasoning problem so test me for everything like MS,Dementia,chemical toxic All was negative.They checked for other things too. Now I'm on provigil & sertraline. I was holding a glass & my hand was shaking. Is this normal?
